At Campout Gear Shop, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may slightly extend, but we strive to keep delays to a minimum.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • BatteryGuard products
  • Accessories
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure all necessary details are included.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
